Registration with Asiana Fashion and My Account Details

How do I sign up for a new account on asiana fashion?

On our home page at the top right hand corner you will see the option of Login / Register. Click on it and it’s a simple 2 step process to open a new account/ Existing Users.

How do I login to my account?

On the top Right Hand corner of our website, you would find an option to Login/ Sign up. Please click on this link and login using your registered email address and password.

How can I track my orders status, in my account?

After login in to your account, on the Right side of the page you can see the option of Orders History. Click on it and you will see the list of orders you have made with us. You can click to the specific order and see its status.

I am unable to log in to My Account. Please help.

Please take a screen shot of the error message and send it across through an email. We will look into the issue.

I have forgotten my password, Can you help?

Please click on Forgot Password link in the Sign up/ Login Window, in the right hand side top corner of the website. You would receive an automated email with the password.

How can I register with Asiana Fashion?

You can become a part of Asiana family in one simple step. You need to click on "Sign In / Register" option on the top right corner of our website and provide us with some of your basic information.

How will I know whether I am registered with you or not?

We will send you automated email confirming that you are registered with us along with your login ID and password.

What are the benefits of registering with Asiana Fashion?

You get a handful of benefits by registering with Asiana Fashion. ? You do not have to type the address, every time you want to place a new order. All addresses that you have, had orders shipped to, would be saved in the database. ? All measurements that you had given for your previous orders are saved in your account and you could simply use the same measurements for all orders. ? Tracking your order is easy. All that you need to do is just login to your account and get to know the status. ? All order related tickets sent to you are saved in your account, thereby giving you a snap shot of all order related information.

Placing an Order

How do I place an order?

You may follow the following steps to place an order:

  1. Select the desirable product (Fill in all required details in the Order form)
  2. Add the item to Shopping bag
  3. Click on Proceed to checkout option
  4. Login with your account details or proceed as new user
  5. Enter the shipping address and select a payment mode to proceed with the payment.
  6. Click on Place order and complete the payment.
  7. Once your payment is successful your Order ID will be generated.
What are the different payment modes that you offer?

We accept payments through all major Credit/ debit cards, PayPal, CC Avenue and Bank transfer.

Can the billing and shipping address be different?

Yes, the billing and shipping address can be different. Please specify the shipping address in the shipping address column, in the order form.

My country does not have Pin code, what do I do?

Please fill the Pin Code column with 00 and specify in the special instructions column, that your country does not have pin codes.

Where do I change the currency?

You could choose to change the currency, by clicking the currency link in the product details page, displayed near the product cost. We accept different currencies.

Will I receive the exact blouse as the model is wearing?

There are few items on the website on which the blouse worn by the model is for photography purpose. Hence, we provide matching blouse for those items which may differ from the one model is wearing.

I have placed my order. When will I receive it?

The time to ship of all the items is mentioned on the website. Additional 4 days are required for customization and 3-4 days from the date of shipment.

How will my order be delivered to me?

We are deliver orders through reputed courier companies like DHL, UPS, FedEx and Blue dart

How will I know if order is placed successfully?

Once your order is successfully placed on our website, you will receive a confirmation email from us. You can also login to the My Account section and check the status of your order.

Do you take orders over phone?

At present we do not take orders over phone. We request you to place the order through our website.

We will try not to attach the invoice but generally because of the prevalent regulations we send the invoice along with the product.

Do you allow exchanges?

Yes, we do allow exchanges. For further details on this please check our Returns Policy.

Can I add an item after I have placed my order?

Request you to place a fresh order for the item you choose to purchase.

How do I check the current status of my orders?

Checking your order status is very easy. You need to log in to the My Account section and click the Orders History tab. The order, and item, status will be available there.

The product will be dispatched within 1 working day of placing the order. An additional 4 working days are required to deliver the product at your doorstep. Also, if you opt for stitching then it will take 4 working days extra for customization.

This indicates that the item is in process in our workshop and will be shipped soon.

How will I know when my order is shipped?

You will receive an auto-generated email from us with details of the item which has been shipped along with the tracking details.

Why my order was partially shipped?

This can happen as different items have different processing time. Items which get ready first are shipped to you separately.

Can you ship the product, faster than the time to ship given onl

For priority requests, we can try for our best. But we cannot assure that we can make the delivery as per your request at your doorstep. Sometimes the product takes their due time in processing. If you have any time constraints then you can always option for Ready to Ship products on our website.

Can I remove stitching after my order has been placed?

Yes, we can certainly remove the stitching or customization request from your order. As long as the order has not moved to the Processing stage.

I want a part of my order to be shipped in USA/UK/AUS/Other Coun

Due to differences in Shipping Costs, we cannot ship items from one order to two shipping addresses. IF you need delivery at two locations, we request you to place two orders

As our products are very fast moving, there are possibilities, the product is sold out. Please email us with the product code or the specifications of the product, like the color/ cost etc. We shall try locating the product for you.

How can I place an order of an item in multiple pieces?

All you need to do is provide us the item code and the required number through an email so that we can check and inform you about the availability of products.

Do I need to type the address, every time I want to place a new

If you a registered user at Asiana fashion and has already placed an order with us, you need not type the address every time you want to place an order.All addresses to which, orders were shipped earlier would be saved in your login and you can choose one of them as your shipping address. However, if it’s a new address to which you wish to ship your order, you would have to input the same in the order form page.

Do the shipping charges include Customs/ VAT/ Local taxes?

No, the shipping charges that we collect are freight charges and do not include any Customs/ VAT/ Local taxes, as they are solely under the discretion of the local government

For all items we offer the best value to our customers. In this case, it might happen due to various factors like high demand of the item or low cost of the raw material.

We offer our products at a very reasonable price and we are not in practice of offering discount on regular items. Our mission is to give our customers fresh fashion at genuine prices. Only one discount code can be used at a time to place an order. We will update you if there are any changes in future.

Sorry, it's not possible to apply the code in already place order. But the 5% discount code will remain valid for 1 month from the date of issued, so you can always use the same on your future purchase with us.

Can I use discount codes even if the item I am buying is on sale

As the item is already on sale and on a discounted price, any additional discount will not be applicable to it.

Measurements and Customization Clarifications

Do you stitch products to sizes?

Yes, we stitch products to different sizes. Please choose an product from our collections and you could choose to get it customized from us.

Can I get sleeves for the item which has a sleeveless image on t

For all the items, we generally provide sleeves up to 3-5 inches on special request of the customers. But, it is encouraged to check the possibility of the sleeves before placing the order for such items.

I have already placed my order but forgot to click to the custom

Customization can be added against the order till the time the order is not dispatched. You will however need to pay the additional stitching charges through a payment link we provide.

I wish to make some changes in the submitted measurements for my

Measurement can be changed till the time the item is not sent for stitching and the updated measurement attributes must be communicated to our customer service team on priority.

Can I submit sizes through email or phone?

We would always recommend you to use the link to submit your sizes, as they are saved in our system. You do not have to undergo the hassle of remembering your sizes, the next time you place an order.

Yes, we can stitch products to standard sizes. Please give us your standard garment size and we can have the product stitched accordingly.

What is a readymade stitched saree?

A saree that's pre stitched with pleats and pallu, based on your height and waist is called a readymade stitched saree. You do not have to undergo the hassle of making the pleats every time; you want to drape a saree. All you have to do is wrap it around like a skirt!

Do you provide margin on customizable items?

2 Inch loosening will be available in all items stitched on custom measurements.

Can you alter the Kameez length, based on my height?

Generally, it would be possible to alter Kameez Length. However, sometimes due to product restrictions, it may not be possible. In such cases, our customer care would get in touch with you on the same.

We generally do not add any allowances to your dress, unless specified by you in the measurement form.

Where do I add extra instructions, while submitting the measurem

Please add all extra instructions, in the special instructions column of the measurement form. Please avoid using special characters like @, *," etc in the special instructions column

When should I submit measurements, once I have placed an order?

We recommend that you submit your measurements within 24 hours of placing your order. Your order may get delayed, if the measurements do not reach us within 24 hours.

Where do I choose the size for a product?

If it’s a ready made product, you would find the drop down of sizes, in the product details page. For all other customizable products, you could choose to receive them as unstitched or choose stitching options in the same page.

What happens if I delay in sending my sizes?

For all customized products, receiving measurements on time is very important. Therefore, if the sizes are delayed, the order processing might take a longer time and the dispatch of the products would be delayed, beyond the dispatch date, specified in the invoice.

Will embroidery come on all around the blouse of saree and lehen

No, all blouses will come with one sided embroidery and on sleeves. Its depend on your choice that where you want to keep that embroidered part - in front or at back. You can mention such an instruction about the embroidered part in measurement form as you are provided with an option there for the same.

Should we provide exact body measurement or ready garment’s meas

For stitching give exact measurement of your body. Don’t provide margin with measurement as our designer will keep margin while stitching. Please provide us with your exact measurements in inches or centimeters. Do not add to your actual measurements. We will make the correct allowances for fabric shrinkage and for your comfort.
